Anointed, Bold, Christ-Centered, No-Nonsense are all terms used to describe Apostle Larry Pratcher, Jr. who serves as the senior pastor of the The Body Of Christ Ministries (TBOC), formally All Believers Faith Center, located in the Whitehaven area of Memphis, Tennessee. A native of Chicago, IL, Apostle Pratcher's vision is to empower and encourage Gods people through life changing experiences with a Holy God, his focus is to reach and minister to the ones that traditional church has rejected. Apostle Pratcher radical approach to ministry had affected the community of Whitehaven for positive change and touched the lives of many to begin a new life with Jesus. Serving as only the second pastor in the church's nearly 30 year history, his mission is simple: Exalt the Saviour, Equip the Saints, and Evangelize the Sinner.

 

Since the beginning of his pastorate in 2004, he has introduced ministry that has yielded significant church growth and transformation while encouraging people to do the Will of God and live a lifestyle of holiness. Breaking the mold of church as usual, he has transformed Saturday Sabbath morning services into a life-changing praise & worship experience that encourages people to get to know God and interact with Him. A voice crying out in the wilderness, Apostle Pratcher's messages are one of end-time correction (living a lifestyle of holiness) and living by sound biblical principles.

 

With a heavy focus on evangelism, Apostle Pratcher has formed many cell ministries to meet the needs of the people in the community, the church world, and abroad. From outreach team that facilitates the feeding of the homeless to ministering to the men and women in prison. In an effort to encourage and pray for our sick, hospital visitations are done for not only members but for anyone in the hospital wanting prayer.
